Happy Day ...

Today is the 1st day of re-open school

I was felt so excited from yesterday night !

wow ... XDD

I woke up at 7.20 am

and I look for the sky 

Why the sky still so darked ?
so confused

After done my things,

I go down and waited Yulyn come to fetch me.

10 minutes ago, Yulyn came.

I can't wait to MEET them when reach school !!

I DAMN miss them !!

Some of them cut hair already / become fat or thin

but STILL beautiful and handsome

1st class is Principle of Marketing 

is teach by Pn. Rafidahtul 

happy to see her again.

She was a good lecturer...

Before end the class

had an accident !!

Breaks time 

We went to Prangin mall and 1st avenue

after have lunch at school @ Kopi tiam 

Reach there ...

me started do the 3 8 things that can make they laugh loudly !

When I listen their laugh is because my funny action

don't know why I felt so happy.

and 

I will become more MAI FACE !

After that, we go back school after shopping.

CHAPTER 1 THE NATURE OF MANAGEMENT 

Intro - strong managers lead its staff toward accomplishing business goals in a company.

What is MANAGERS ?

MANAGERS are : 

• leaders / appears in organization 
• they fits in all shape and form 
• fulfill many roles
• has a different responsibilities at each level of management within organization
• sometime-unenviable task of making decision 
• solving difficult problem
• is the person who set the goals
• planning strategies
• rallying individuals 

What is ORGANIZATION ?

ORGANIZATION are :

• groups of individuals constantly join forces to accomplish common goals.

GOAL IN ORGANIZATION : 

• needed to gain profit 
• It was made up of people
• certain individuals are in charge of these people

After this, Ms said we get 5 minutes breaks.

when I look to the back, 

ALL IS FALL SLEEP !!!

What an Amazing Class and the Lecturer ...

LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT 

typically management fall in 3 categories : 

1. top management
2. middle management
3. lower management

1. Top management 

• managers at this level ensure that major performance objectives are established and accomplished.
• chief executive officer (CEO), chief operating officer (COO), president and vice president.
• Ex for the best leaders in the worlds :   Steve Jobs, Yun Jong-Yong, Alexey B.Miller Gazprom ...etc.

     2.  Middle management

• are in charge of relatively large department or divisions consisting of several smaller units.
• Ex :  include clinic directors in hospitals; deans in universities; division managers; plant managers and branch sales managers in business.
• managers develop and implement action plans consistent with company objetives, such as increasing market presence.

     3.  Lower management

• typically called first-line management position
• Ex : a team leader or supervisor, department head, group leader, and unit leader
• a person in charge of smaller work units composed of hands-on workers
• managers ensure that their work teams or units meet performance objectives whatever task given by top and middle management. 

After finished this, we no need the 15 minutes break already.

Because we can go back !!!
